Cost can vary due to several variables, is the simple short answer. Since each project is a unique work of art, the amount of research and design time can vary making it difficult to quote a standard rate. Cost will also vary based on the complexity of design and size of the final print, but a typical Memorygraph like those shown in our Gallery generally cost between $450 and $750 per collage This includes consultation time, concept & design of the Memorygraph, and the final high res digital print file of the finished collage. The cost of framing will be at your discretion based on where and through whom you wish to use for that service, either an online company or local frame shop.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer in-house framing options. There are many framing options from your local arts and crafts supply stores to online companies such as FineArtAmerica.com or American Frame. With most online companies, simply upload the final digital print file that we will provide you with, select the quality of paper, style of frame, matting choice and type of glass/glazing and place your order for direct delivery. Most only provide plexiglass instead of glass. I recommend a Non-glare UV option. To get us your images for the Memorygraph follow these simple steps: We use either DropBox or Google Drive for delivery of images/content and proofs. Once you approval the quote for starting a Memorygraph Project we will create a special DropBox or Google Drive folder for your project. Then you upload your images and an a Word doc. of any captions, quotes or other content that you want us to consider incorporating into the layout. SPECIAL NOTE about your images. We need the highest quality image that you have for this type of artwork. If you are unsure, you can send us a test image for our review first. After we get notice that you have sent us files, we will review them and get back with you regarding any questions or concerns that we may have.

A typical turnaround for the creation of a Memorygraph image is about 2-4 weeks depending on complexity and number of approval rounds. Since we provide you with final digital file there really is no delay in getting it to you. Its best to anticipate additional time depending on how you get the image framed and where. So factor this into your plans if you expect to present the Memorygraph at an event or give as a gift. If there is no exact due date for your Memorygraph please let us know that as well. As with any creative project the more time, the better the process will go.

You need to provide: First and foremost we need the images you hope to have incorporated into the design. Please provide any helpful information describing a particular image or its significance to the over all design. We need to have any text content ie: quotes, verses, comments, dates or other textural content that might be meaningful to the overall final image. Any other background or story behind the desire for this image is also vitally important as we assess the images to begin the design process. We also need to know of any particular delivery dates that you need us to be aware of when ordering. Such as the day of the event you hope to give this to someone as a gift etc. This will help us to schedule accordingly to ensure delivery of the final digital image to you in a timely fashion so you can get it framed.
