How to Order
Please read the instructions outlined below to begin the process of placing your order so we can start the discussion about your special Memorygraph image.
Email us at info@memorygraphs.com or send us a message using the form below.
1
In an email or message provide us a description of the type of Memorygraph you are interested in getting. Like anniversary, beloved pet, wedding, graduation, birthday, retirement etc. Let us know if you have any thematic ideas, favorite color schemes or unique elements that you would like to see incorporated in the Memorygraph. Knowing this should help us understand what you may be looking for in the design. If you can share any or all of the images you hope to use through an online link we would be happy to review them.

Once we have discussed your Memorygraph and have a good understanding of what you are looking for we will provide you with a quote to create it. We will recommend a starting point of an image size of 13" wide x 19" tall, this is the viewable image area of the Memorygraph. We currently do not provide framing. We do need to know how you plan to get the Memorygraph framed either online or at a local frame shop of your choosing. Or if you have a particular size in mind this will be helpful in knowing prior to starting the design of your Memorygraph. We provide the links to some online framing company options that we suggestion in our Get It Framed section of the site and the FAQs page.

The chart below shows a framed Memorygraph so we can discuss particular dimensions that need to be determined as we prepare to create your Memorygraph. Image size width and height, matting size and then frame size. As mentioned above an (A) 13" wide x (B) 19" tall image area is a good starting point. A 1.5" to 2" wide surrounding mat (C) gives you a nice set off from the inner dimesions of the frame. Frame width/height (E/F) will dictate the outer full size of the entire piece. A narrow frame width feels and looks a bit more contemporary where a thicker ornate frame feels more traditional and classic.

After a size is determined we can start working on the actual design of your Memorygraph once we have your images. It will be best for you to send us only the images you hope to be used with a few backups or replacements. Both vertical and horizontal images are best so we have some options as we design. We will provide you with a link to either a DropBox or Google Drive folder so we can share files during this process of design and finalization. Please also see our FAQ page for other questions or send us a message if you do not see an answer there. For framing recommendations please click the "Get It Framed" button.
